A State report on the state of culture in the Russian Federation was prepared in 2014 by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in accordance with Federal Act No. 63-FZ of 22 April 2013 amending the Russian Federation Law on Cultural Legislation and articles 9 and 12.1 of the Federal Law on Cultural Heritage Objects (Primes of History and Culture) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation, as well as Government Decision No. 88 of 7 October 2013.
