In accordance with the Presidential Instructions List of 1 August 2008 No. Pr-1573, following the meeting on the establishment of a management reserve in the Republic of Kareliyah on 23 July 2008 for all levels of government and municipal administration, a management reserve has been established in accordance with the legal instruments developed. One of its constituent parts is the reserve for the positions of executive heads and deputy executive heads of the Republic of Carelia. - Group 1.
